At the time of submission of documents the applicant would be given an option to choose this facility at their consent. The facility would feature 4 different SMS's to be sent to the applicant on the number provided by them at the time of submission. The list of SMS's sent would be as follows:

1. "Your documents have been submitted through Gerry's Visa Service Center."
2. "Your documents have been sent to the Embassy HEC MFA"
3. "Your visa application/documents are currently under process"
4. "Your documents have been received by Gerry's after processing, and are ready for collection"

This upcoming facility would not only benefit an applicant by keeping them informed about their whole visa application process but would also save them the hassle of calling our visa service centers just to know the status of their documents.
